Abstract:

ESDU 72018 provides tables of the properties of the International Standard Atmosphere for use in aircraft performance calculations with values of height in feet and the other parameters in SI units. Tables with values in the more commonly used units are to be found in ESDU 68046.

Details	The app evaluates, at a given pressure altitude, pressure, temperature and density (and their corresponding relative values) together with the absolute values of the speed of sound, kinematic and dynamic viscosity and thermal conductivity. It also determines V_TAS, V_EAS, kinetic pressure and unit Reynolds number for a specified Mach number at the given pressure altitude. Calculations are limited to the troposphere and stratosphere in the ISA.
